Last week, Bazille Nordstrom at the Galleria kicked off their new Wine Wednesday Series featuring Nice Winery, one of the newest Houston wineries on our radar!
Nice Winery is known for their organic, award-winning wines from vineyards in Texas, California, and Argentina. After attending their Wine 101 class about a month ago, I knew I was in for a treat at Bazille. More on Nice Winery here.
I hadn't realized Nordstrom had a chain of restaurants under their wing until visiting Bazille, a French, New American restaurant. If you've never been either, their new Wine Wednesday series happening each month is a great way to try their food while enjoying some fine wines! Each installment of the series will feature a different winery and a 4-course meal created by Sous Chef Randy Pinney.

A big thank you to Nice Winery's Sommelier and Winemaker, Ryan Levy for leading the evening. Always a pleasure learning about wines from someone so knowledgeable about both food and wine!
Join Bazille next month for their next Wine Wednesday!
