Every few months, March introduces a new regionally focused tasting menu, diving deep into the culture, ingredients, and traditions of a specific Mediterranean area. They're currently in Season Nine: La Serenissima – The Republic of Venice, and the execution is nothing short of exceptional!
The evening begins in the lounge, where you’re welcomed with a curated cocktail and a series of small snacks that immediately set the tone. Once seated in the dining room, the six-course tasting menu unfolds one course at a time, with each dish artfully plated and thoughtfully explained.
March’s beverage program is just as refined, and you have the option of returning to the lounge for an espresso or nightcap. The staff is knowledgeable and swiftly anticipates your needs before you even realize them.
