Fan-Favorite Vietnamese Restaurant in Houston Opens New Location in the Energy Corridor: Pho Ben

We’ve lost track of how many times we’ve eaten at Pho Ben, so when we heard they opened a new location in the Energy Corridor, we had to stop by when we were in the area! This new location on Eldridge delivers everything we already love about Pho Ben—same cozy vibe and seriously addictive flavors.

It instantly felt familiar, just with a more posh interior! This location is noticeably larger than others and even has a nice patio area. We know from experience that seats can fill up fast, so it’s nice to see them expand into a larger space!

Let’s talk about food– their Pho and Bún Bò Huế are still top-tier, with broth that’s rich, clean, and consistently flavorful. It’s the kind of comfort food that hits every time and we’re glad the taste hasn’t changed.

Their rice plates hold their own, too. Every dish is well-balanced and comes with plenty of fish sauce to keep us satisfied. Plus, the portion sizes never leave us hungry! They’ve also built out a solid vegetarian menu, which makes this a great go-to spot when we’re dining with plant-based friends.

Everything on the menu is a safe bet—from the steaming bowls of pho to their iced drinks that always hit the spot. We can always count on them for solid Vietnamese food. Now with the new Memorial location, we’re just glad it’s even easier to get our fix! Pho Ben keeps it simple: comforting, consistent, and always satisfying. It’s no wonder we’re regulars!
