Bread Zeppelin’s iconic “Zeppelin” is a cross between a sub sandwich and a wrap, made by hollowing out hot, locally sourced baguettes and stuffing them with a made-to-order salad. Not just any old salad either. They’ve got signature menu items ranging from Buffalo Chicken to the NOLA (New Orleans-inspired with Fried Shrimp), or you can build your own, with plenty of housemade dressing options! Not in the mood for a sandwich? You can get a salad in a bowl or try one of their Grain Bowls.
