New All-You-Can-Eat Japanese Wagyu, BBQ, and Sushi: Cowboy Japanese BBQ & Sushi

Houston just got a serious upgrade in the all-you-can-eat scene with the opening of Cowboy Japanese BBQ and Sushi. Located in Westchase on Westheimer, this spot combines two things we love: grill-your-own Japanese BBQ and made-to-order sushi, all under one roof and yes, that includes unlimited Japanese wagyu for $46.99. We had to double-check the price ourselves!

Cowboy Japanese BBQ & Sushi isn’t playing around when it comes to variety or quality. The menu is structured into tiers depending on when you go and which selection you choose. Lunch, Monday through Friday, starts at $26.99 per adult and $15.99 per kid, which already includes a solid lineup of BBQ meats and sushi favorites. Dinner during the week bumps it up to $36.99 for the Ultimate Selection. If you want access to the Supreme Selection (which includes Japanese wagyu), that’s $46.99 per adult and available all day on weekends and holidays. Kids' prices are also available for each tier.

Along with premium cuts of beef, pork, chicken, and seafood, you’ll find everything from sashimi to specialty rolls to Korean-style sides. The portions are generous, the grill is at your table, and the sushi is made fresh with each order. Just keep in mind there’s a 100-minute time limit, with a last call 20 minutes before your time is up, and no takeout or leftovers allowed. Everyone in your group must order from the same tier, so plan accordingly.

They also offer a solid Happy Hour, running from 3 to 7 PM Monday through Friday, and all day on weekends, with drink specials to pair with your meal. For the price, the quality is impressive.
