Houston, we found the perfect way to beat the heat! The Gelatist is bringing gelato made fresh, daily in-shop, to Katy, TX! This family owned and operated shop is the first and only American location of The Gelatist, a brand originating from Italy.

Made right here in Houston, using ingredients imported from Italy, they offer options for a range of diets. Whether you’re gluten-free, dairy-free, or halal, you’ll find a flavor for you! The Gelatist offers 100 alternating flavors, but have popular staples that they keep all the time.

Some of our favorites were the Pistachio, Cookies the Gelatist, and Coffee gelato flavors.
